Training

It does an organization little good to have state of the art tools, but not the ability to fully leverage the capabilities. TechServCo recognizes that not all users are experts; nor should they be. However, for an organization to realize its full potential, all users must have “operational” skills, and a few users should be considered “power users.”

With that concept in mind, we have developed numerous training packages designed to take a user from zero knowledge to power-user level (if desired), in a logical progression of skills. To do this, we use a series of real-world scenarios which gives context to the skills being learned, and thereby making the knowledge more “sticky.”

Below is a list of our current offerings, but we are constantly adding new classes that focus on different aspects of applications already in our training portfolio, or classes on entirely new applications.
