Decision Support Briefs

With our Decision Support Briefs, we take a large issue, create a very simple decision analysis flow, and discuss the various attributes and parameters of that decision. This leads us to a generalized conclusion. Our clients can then use this decision brief, but by no means are they required to fully adopt the thought paths or decision parameters. More importantly, the value for the client is that they understand the key facets of the topics, which enables them to come to a decision that is right for them. And of course, TechServCo will be there to support the implementation of that decision.
