Organization Types
TechServCo focuses on three specific client categories: community-based nonprofits, small businesses, and public sector organizations. Our focus on the community-based nonprofit organization pays special attention to the unique nature of these types of organizations. These organizations tend to be staffed between five and 200 people, have budgets from a quarter million to a few million dollars, and have well defined service goals and strategies. Generally, they are situated within, or adjacent to, their primary client populations. As a result of this proximity, TechServCo is in a unique position to fully leverage our skills and capabilities to assist these types of organizations in achieving their goals. A unique blend of qualitative and quantitative business and technical skills creates an opportunity in value for these organizations to significantly extend their operation reach or the depth of their effectiveness by partnering with TechServCo.
TechServCo supports public sector organizations specifically through leveraging our training and organizational management capabilities. As a skilled third party, we bring value to the public sector organization by providing a view of current operations or a very realistic view of training requirements and execution.
TechServCo supports small business by providing strategic guidance and quantitative analysis that typically might be beyond the reach of that organization. As opposed to the public and non-profit sector organizations where the goals are typically engaged in efficiency and effectiveness, in small business the goals are typically measured in dollars and cents. However, our skill set is just as suited in this domain as for the others. Our focus on small business is very similar to the services we provide for the community-based nonprofit since their relationship to clients is very similar. Therefore, the tools and techniques we bring to bare are also similar but with different goals in mind.
