Instruction

 
Our concept of “instruction” is the education of your team specifically in relation to your processes and tools. In other words, TechServCo provides a learning framework to ensure that your team knows what to do, how to do it, and more importantly understands the full context of the activities, enabling your team to be dynamically flexible in relation to operational realities. It is of little value if your team simply knows to do step one and then step two and then step three. It is more important that the full context be understood, as well as the value of following the process and the implications of failing to do so. By focusing on the application of knowledge rather than just acquisition of knowledge we move the learner closer to realizing that value for the organization.
 
In addition to developing instruction materials targeted at the three methods of learning (the visual, the auditory, and the kinesthetic), we also leverage multiple approaches geared to the user’s level of familiarity and experience with an application or process. We can use a simple, linear, step-by-step teaching model which is presented in the context of a scenario or more robust training based on complex decision-trees where the learners explore the multiple process outcomes that are possible. In short, we deliver the training that is right for you and your organization in the right mode at the right time.
