Stephen Guine
Stephen founded Technical Services Consortium in 2000 with the goal of delivering “Big 4″ style management and technical consulting to community- based nonprofit organizations and small businesses. In addition to his numerous academic credentials, Stephen is a Certified Microsoft Office Specialist and Trainer and has over twenty years of experience in business process and technology consulting, information architecture development, strategic planning, and end-user education and training. Having worked with both community-based organizations and commercial enterprises, Stephen is a strong believer that every organization has the capability to improve itself and better serve its clients and stakeholder and that everyone has the capacity to learn when provided with quality instruction and a supportive environment.

Stephen earned his Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Southern California in 1996, focusing primarily on the technology aspects of policy, finance, and organizational processes. Stephen also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Certificates in Systems Engineering and Aerospace Project Management from CalTech and is currently pursuing an MBA at the Drucker School of Management. Additionally, Stephen is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Lauren Schiff
Lauren M. Schiff joined TechServCo as an Associate Consultant in November 2011. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her previous experience includes work at Aspen Technology as a Software Quality Engineer – Release Specialist. In her free time, Lauren enjoys dance, yoga, reading, and spending time with friends. Lauren Adams
Lauren moved to California in 2009 from Philadelphia. She is currently attending school for art therapy at Santa Monica College and has taken electives such as photography and music culture classes. She learned most of her computer technology knowledge from her father who is a senior client services manager in Philadelphia. Alexis Nichols
Alexis Nichols was born and raised in Ventura County. She attended U.C.S.B. for her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Art History. She then attended California Lutheran University to receive her Master’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Alexis is interested in international travel, professional networking, social media, art, music, design, and outdoor adventure. Alexis Nichols has extensive experience with small businesses and social media. Danielle Pixley
Danielle Pixley was born and raised in Los Angeles and received a Bachelor of Science degree in business from The Master’s College. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her fantastic husband and children, reading, cooking, and searching for the world’s best coffee.
