Goals and Vision

Our vision is that community-based nonprofit organizations and small businesses should have access to the same type of high quality strategic and tactical consulting available to large organizations. Also, public sector organizations should have access to high quality consultants who have a deep familiarity with the community and are not simply parachuted in from out of town. Our goal is to be the leading provider of management consulting services to community-based nonprofits, small business, and public sector organizations in the Ventura and Los Angeles counties.
